At Locust Grove Farm Smokehouse in Argyle, NY, we process beef and pigs.

PLEASE GIVE ADVANCED NOTICE IF YOU CANNOT KEEP SLAUGHTER APPOINTMENT. “ALL PRODUCT MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 3 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION BY PHONE, OR STORAGE CHARGES WILL BE ADDED” $20.00 per day per pallet. ALL INVOICES TO BE PAID FOR BEFORE PRODUCT LEAVES PREMISES.

BEEF PROCESSING

  • INCLUDES: SLAUGHTER/ WASTE REMOVAL/ CUTTING/ WRAPPING/ FREEZING
  • SPECIALTY CUTS (ALL BONELESS, SMALL PACKAGES, STEAKS CUT ½, EXTRA CHARGE) $25.00 per animal
  • SRM (Specific Risk Material) Cattle 30 months old and over requires all boneless steaks (no back bone) $50.00 per animal charge.

UNINSPECTED BEEF PROCESSING
